Feedback suggests that while we offer a comfortable setting, we lack the extensive facilities and amenities found in larger mosques. This includes potentially limited space for growing community programs, fewer dedicated areas for youth and women’s activities, and the inability to expand services that a larger space would allow.
Furthermore, as an accessible community hub, the absence of specific, visible security enhancements is a valid concern for some families, which we are currently unable to address due to financial constraints. The reality is that our ambition to serve the Muslim community more broadly is directly tied to the level of support we receive. When a mosque struggles with a lack of consistent donations and funding, it prevents us from maintaining and upgrading our physical structure and enhancing the security that provides peace of mind.
